This charming studio is designed to make the most of a large, well-organized space, offering comfort and functionality for up to 4 guests. Every detail has been carefully arranged to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

>Living room: The living room is a cosy and bright space, thanks to its large glass window that leads directly to the terrace. It is equipped with a spacious and comfortable L-shaped sofa bed, a coffee table, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
>Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for preparing your favourite meals. It includes a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, complete tableware, and plenty of storage space.
>Sleeping area: The sleeping area, separated from the living room by a convenient bar, features a comfortable double bed flanked by bedside tables with lamps. It also includes a wardrobe with large mirrors for your convenience. In front of the bed, you’ll find a table with chairs for two, ideal for intimate meals.
>Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and bright, equipped with two sinks, large mirrors, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub. During your stay, you’ll also have access to a washing machine.
>Terrace: The terrace is a cosy outdoor space with a table and chairs for four, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air or relaxing moments. From here, you can take in stunning views of the residential complex and the pool.

If you want to make the most of your stay in our apartment, you’ll be pleased to know that there are many exciting options nearby. Within walking distance, you’ll find shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, Torrenueva Supermarket is just a 2-minute drive away, while Lidl is only 5 minutes by car.
For tennis enthusiasts, options like Torrenueva Tennis and Fernando Gil are just a few minutes away.
If a beach day is on your agenda, it’s only a 4-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach (the return walk takes around 20 minutes). Prefer golf? The area boasts several excellent courses, such as Miraflores Golf, La Siesta, and Cabopino Golf. For those who love exploring, Marbella is just 22 minutes away, Fuengirola is a 15-minute drive, Benalmádena is 28 minutes away, and Torremolinos is just 26 minutes by car.

If you’re interested in visiting Málaga’s city centre, it’s only a 20-minute drive. There, you can explore museums like the Picasso Museum or the Pompidou Centre, or simply wander through the charming old town to experience the city’s rich culture and history.

There's a security deposit of 500€ that must be paid 3 dayes before your arrival and will be reimbursed 3 days after your departure.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.

*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.

* The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
