4 bed stunning villa with 11 x 5m pool & orchard

Stunning and luxurious 4 bedroom villa set in the traditional village of Freneros just a 15 minute drive to Nissi beach (10km).

The villa is situated in a spacious plot with beautiful gardens to the front and back including an orchard full of exotic plants and fruit trees. Just some of the features are: a beautiful 11 x 5m overflow private swimming pool, Cyprus style BBQ, pergola covered dining area and WiFi throughout the villa.

The Villa is named Orchard Blossom and it is located on the main road in Frenaros. You can easily find it on most map apps as it right across from the Town Hall. The huge fenced and gated Property combined with lack of neighbours, make this an extremely private and quiet place to stay.

There is a lovely Cypriot taverna just 30 seconds away and the large sign and easy landmark in front of the villa makes anything you want delivered painless. We have two apps here, Foody and Wolt. Between them you can get almost anything delivered straight to the villa :)

There is a bus route that can take you to the other areas or you can use the Bolt app for iOS or android. It works like Uber but the drivers are all registered taxi operators.

The Garages are locked and used for storing the owners items. All unlocked rooms / cupboards are free for guests to use.

Spacious is the ultimate word here. With plenty of space in the living room if y'all want to escape the sun :) A huge and well equipped kitchen if your group loves to cook.

The master bedroom opens up to an expansive balcony that overlooks the property and has an en suite bathroom.

Another room is huge with 3 single beds and en suite bathroom. Giving the kids somewhere to share with space to play.

The last two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and like the rest have split unit AC to ensure a comfortable stay.

Walk outside and you have all the room in the world. Perfect for a pool day and family BBQ while getting a great tan in the Cyprus sun.

Enough sunbeds for everyone and plenty of places to sit in the shade, this villa has everything you need.

ELECTRIC / AIR CONDITIONING USAGE POLICY

--- You cannot run every unit in the villa at once. Please do not use more than 4 units at a time ---

Electric is included in the price, with the caveat that AC electric usage is only included up to 160 kWh per week. The Units are on a separate circuit and there is a meter up and downstairs for easy monitoring. They are separate totals too so using the AC upstairs doesn't count to your limit down stairs and vice versa.

The following guide will keep you from running into any extra fees.

Do not use the AC with windows or doors open
Do not use the AC while not in the room / villa. It only takes a few minutes to cool a room.

Do not set temperature below 24C. The units won't cool less than this when its 40+C outside and they will suck 3x the power trying fruitlessly.

Failure to follow these will cause excess power usage, and the units will ice and and leak water inside the room!
