Welcome to our holiday home located in the picturesque center of Caldaro, South Tyrol. Situated directly on the famous South Tyrolean Wine Road, our house offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and an unbeatable location.
The Holiday Home – Top-Level Comfort
The spacious holiday home offers plenty of room and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The thoughtful layout and tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired:
4 cozy double bedrooms, one of them featuring a Swiss pine bed for a particularly restful sleep.
2 bathrooms and an additional guest WC, ensuring privacy for all guests.
A comfortable living room with direct access to the breakfast terrace in the private garden, where you can start the day with a view of nature.
A balcony with a comfortable sun lounger, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful South Tyrolean sun.
A fully equipped kitchen that will delight both amateur chefs and food lovers alike.
Additionally, the holiday home has a private underground garage with direct access to the apartment – a convenience you will surely appreciate.
The cozy semi-detached house with balcony and garage offers plenty of space for the whole family and is located in the center of the picturesque wine village of Kaltern.
Right in the charming village center of Kaltern, you can easily reach cafés, restaurants, and boutiques on foot. The region's famous wineries and wine cellars are also just a stone's throw away.
For nature lovers and active holidaymakers, the surrounding area offers countless possibilities:
Hikes through the gentle vineyards or up into the impressive Dolomites.
Bike tours along the South Tyrolean Wine Road.
Refreshing moments at the nearby Lake Kaltern.
Thanks to its central location, bakery, restaurants, wine bars, shops, bus stop, and much more are all within walking distance from the accommodation.
Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.
Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.
Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.
Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide pre-authorization of a €500 security deposit via credit card at check-in.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning fees cover only standard cleaning. Guests are responsible for washing dishes and disposing of trash at designated collection points. Additional charges will apply for excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, or unremoved trash, based on the labor required.
