Summary:
Mill House, set on the edge of the Blackwater River, is a stunning grade II listed Georgian holiday let with spacious living areas and 1.5 acres of beautiful land. This historic five-bedroom property features a pool table room and sunroom, perfect for family get-togethers. With a private garden full of wildlife, it offers a peaceful escape in the hamlet of Worthing, while serving as a great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast.
The Space:
The cosy lounge has a smart TV, wood burner, and garden views. A pool table sits next to the living room, and the top-floor games room offers a PlayStation and vinyl record player.
The spacious kitchen includes modern appliances like a Stanley Cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. It opens into a large dining room, perfect for family gatherings.
This home features five bedrooms across two floors: a master with a super king bed and direct access to a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, plus two doubles and two twins.
There are three bathrooms: a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, a second with a rainfall shower, and a ground-floor WC and wet room.
The large garden features a patio, BBQ, seating, a small apple orchard, and access to woodland.
Please note the top floor is accessed via a steep staircase, and the double bedroom is accessed through the twin room.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay downstairs at the property. Please ensure you clear up any dog fouling before departure.
Please note that the river is directly accessible from the garden, so children must be supervised at all times.
The stairs leading to the top floor bedrooms of the property (with wooden beams as seen in the photos) are steep, so please supervise young children. These stairs are not suitable for those with mobility issues.
