Terrible filthy pig stye. I wouldn't let my dogs stay in this place. We walked in, took one look and left. Got a hotel and no refund.

Do not stay here!

This place is very misrepresented on Facebook. It feels like they took a building that was in horrible disrepair, slapped some paint on the walls, purchased new furniture, and called it a beautiful flat. This place is dirty, the halls make you feel like you have been scammed, and there was sewer and sewer smell bubbling up into the kitchen sink every time anyone ran water or flushed a toilet.

Total Dissapointment

Building under remodel so a total mess in hallways. Elevator broke down while we were using it. Both toilets stopped working the day before we left. Owner refused compensation request because we didn’t tell him in time. Didn’t bother to apologize or seem to care that it happened

Overall building is under construction/reno and so journey to appartment was littered with workers, piles of supplies, bags of garbage, etc. Once within the apartment is was very clear the appartment was renovated in a rush, paint splatters, partially installed cabinets, missing components (like sink plugs), newly patched but not taped or painted wall repairs, etc. But the biggest issue was one of the two bathrooms had non-functioning drainage. Any attempt to use that bathroom resulted in back flow spewing from the kitchen sink all ov er the cabinets, countertops and floors. Repeated attempts to get this fixed were ignored. Also note, I am certain the owner of this property knew there was an issue with the plumbing because a section of wall was cutout on the shared wall behind the bathroom toilet. I have sent a lengthy letter to the host asking for a refund and have sent along multiple reasons and supporting images not only in that letter but throughout our stay. I will be leveraging all of VRBOs safety and feedback options in pursuit of a resolution.

Very Disappointing

There were some very big problems with our stay at this location. The most important is the plumbing. There is a constant sewer smell from the drain in the en suite bathroom; the en suite bathroom causes flowback into the kitchen sink. The other toilet would run constantly to the point where we turned off the water at night. We notified the owners and they were unable to do anything about it. We are going to seek a refund for part of the stay from VRBO. Another major issue is that the building is clearly either under construction or in disrepair. The hallways, the stairwells are all down to the subfloor and the electrical is exposed. Several of our party did not feel comfortable walking by themselves through the building. Additionally, when we arrived there was no router for the wifi. This was finally rectified.While the hallway and the sewer may be out of the owners' control, it is not too much to ask to have had some communication about these issues because they clearly pre-existed our visit.

First off when we arrived after a very long day of travel the manager/agent/owner informed us that the elevator was broken. We then had to drag all of our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The agent didn't even bother to help us. The building was very run down. The hallways were very dark, dirty, and looked in disrepair. When we arrived to our apartment there was no air conditioning and so was very hot. The master bathroom was so tiny, you could barely fit in the shower, the doors wouldn't close and water got everywhere. The shower could only provide hot or cold water and they couldn't mix so you could only have two temperatures, scalding hot or freezing cold. There weren't any towel holders or toilet paper holders. Every time someone flushed the toilet or used the shower, water would come up out of the kitchen sink. It smelled like sewage and made a loud thumping noise. Multiple handles were falling off doors and they were very hard to lock/unlock and kept falling open. We had to buy more toilet paper, laundry soap (wasn't any), paper towels and garbage bags (there was only one) as they did not provide enough. Note that there is a washing machine but no dryer so we had to hang wet clothes around to dry. The only positive thing we can say about this place is the location. Not sure why this is marked as a Premier Host. We do NOT recommend this place! Awful!

Worst possible experience. Hallways under construction with wires hanging, plaster dust, extremely loud, no flooring. Unit had black mold at bedroom doorway as shower door has fallen off and water runs out of shower into bedroom, missing plugs in sink and tub, door handles falling off, electric outlets without plates, unfinished wallboard screwed onto wall, marble table with a big sharp piece missing, and more. Not particularly bright - one of the bedrooms does not even have a window.When told we could switch to an equivalent unit - we were taken to a 3rd floor walkup studio! There were four of us and the original unit is a 3 bedroom. We elected to stay in this unit and live with the dust, noise and problems, but lugging bags through the streets, up flights of stairs to discover the studio was difficult and maddening. When I asked for a car service to help with bringing bags back, the manager said it was not possible.I was billed by three separate companies for this unit and links to pay sites did not work. Telephone calls were met with pleasant operators who were not able to help.When I requested some compensation for the issues, I was told that was for VRBO to figure out. Overall a horrid experience. I had sore eyes and chest congestion due to the plaster and returned with bronchitis. Cannot recommend this to anyone.

Although the manager of the property has spoken to the senior management and offered a 10% discount, the overall stay was unpleasant. The biggest problem was with the sewer water coming out of the kitchen sink when the toilet is flushed in one of the bathrooms. Since the first day, I have raised this issue with the manager and although was told they would rectify it, sadly that was never done. In general, the walls inside the flat was old and somewhat dirty; the sheets were also dirty. The layout of the flat was ok.On top of that, the whole property was under renovation which was not mentioned in the description; it felt like walking into a deserted construction site with only the rented flat occupied. I am not sure if I can recommend anyone to stay at this property, perhaps maybe till the renovation has been completed and the overall environment could return to normal?
