Cosy and finely furnished apartment, very close to the Ariston Theatre, to the main shops, bars and restaurants, and at the same time close to the sea and beaches.



The apartment, located on the third floor within a building with a lift, opens onto the bright and spacious living room provided with two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to the private balcony. The independent kitchen is well equipped and also fitted with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, an orange juicer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a dining table with chairs. The apartment continues with the master bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, a wardrobe and enjoys an access to a second private balcony. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and “Festival della canzone italiana” (Italian song festival). In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. During the stay make sure to visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War.

The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

Make sure to leave the city after taking a walk along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble, adorned with palm trees and the Spring Statue by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.
