The bright living room features an exposed brick wall, a plush sectional sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV, with a dining area just behind. The modern kitchen includes dark cabinetry, a breakfast bar, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
The principal bedroom has a super king-size bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers a double bed, desk, wardrobes and a relaxing hammock. The contemporary bathroom includes a bathtub, separate rainfall shower and stylish black feature wall.
Located on the fourth floor, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three people. The smoke-free property features a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a private balcony.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
