Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in eviction and legal action âïžItâs not allowed by UK law âïž, and it affects our neighbors đ· If we discover smoking in the apartment, there will be a fine of ÂŁ1000 đž. If you smoke outside, please donât smoke directly outside the building; make sure to be a few meters away to prevent smoke from coming inside đ·. Check-out time is at 10 AM â°. If our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment, additional time compensation will be required for the cleaner, administration, and inconvenience to the next guests checking in the same day. Each additional hour after 10 AM will cost ÂŁ50 đ°.

If you ask us to come and open the door for any reason, such as losing or forgetting keys inside the apartment đ, it will cost ÂŁ200 for our time and resources.
