You will be staying in a property with private access to the street where modernity and good taste will be the protagonists during your stay.

You will lack for nothing, as its spacious living-dining room and fully-equipped kitchen are ideal for enjoying a good rest or your best dishes. But if what you prefer is to rest, you have a master bedroom with en suite bathroom where privacy and tranquillity will accompany you throughout your stay, or, if you prefer, a room with two single beds for you, your friends or the little ones in the house.

But that's not all, if you need to work or simply want to enjoy a good time reading without noise, you will have a private office available, perfect for this purpose.

And last but not least, if you want to sunbathe or cool off, you have the beach less than 50 metres from the property, or if you are more of a pool person, you can find a relaxation area with jacuzzi and swimming pool on the rooftop.

The property is located in the heart of Santa Pola, so you will be surrounded by everything you need for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, gymnasium, etc.
