Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Nice property and very spacious. Nice outdoor area that also had a view of the water. It states on the property description that there is a microwave. No Microwave. No extra bedding or blankets. We had to borrow some from family that lived in the area. The beds only had sheets on them. No cleaning supplies so we had to go and purchase some. The floors were very dirty so we swept and mopped those. No instructions on how to deal with the garbage so I had to message the management company and didn’t get a response for 2 days. I received a message from the management company that the neighbors said we were throwing garbage over the balcony. Totally not true. We used the recycle bins provided. The oven did not work and when we did turn it on the power went out. We took our food to a family members house an hour away to cook. They did send maintenance out but had to order a part so we were not able to use it for our stay. The tub in the bathroom would not drain so our last 2 days we had to shower at a family members. The management company that oversees the property took their time in responding at times.As a short term rental owner that also rents through VRBO there is quite a few things that need to be addressed to make this property a solid 5 star.
