Villa Teshir is a beautiful, character, 2 bedroom villa set in the heart of Kalkan with spectacular uninterrupted sea views from all areas.

Located in Ortalan, the villa is a 10 minute easy walk into town.

The villa being built of stone and cedar wood in a traditional Anatolian style, exudes charm and luxury whilst offering all the usual modern amenities to enable you to have a comfortable home from home holiday.

This lovely detached villa has large spacious outdoor areas comprising of a large private pool (6m x 5m), secluded garden with lemon and olive trees and a large shaded logia which runs the entire length of the villa. The logia provides fantastic sea and mountain views and offers welcoming shade at one end encompassed by the olive trees from our garden below. Here, you will find a comfortable seating area comprising of sofas and easy chairs.

The spacious terrace surrounding the pool has a shaded pergola with table and chairs offering alfresco dining overlooking the bay. There are 4 sun loungers and side tables, where you can soak up the sun on the south facing terrace.
There is a built in BBQ

The villa is on 2 levels and the stone and marble floors give it a charm of its own.

The ground floor, comprises of a spacious dining kitchen, lounge and cloakroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all the usual appliances, a water cooler and Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. From here French doors lead directly on to the pool terrace.

The comfortable lounge has sofas and easy chairs which seat 6 people easily. There is a large 42" flat screen TV offering all the English channels you may require and a bluetooth speaker

Three beautiful sets of large cedar wood and glass French doors lead from the kitchen, lounge and hall, all giving direct access onto the pool terrace and logia.

On the 1st floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms both with large fitted wardrobes:
The master bedroom has a 4 poster king size bed (6 ft). Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be put together to make a king size bed. Both bedrooms have stunning sea views. The windows have wooden shutters which help keep the bedrooms cool in the summer months.

The villa is fully air conditioned to keep you comfortable and WiFi is available in all areas.

The furnished upper balcony (Kosk) has the same spectacular views of the bays, and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a drink and watch the world go by.
