On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious open plan lounge, sofa that can convert to sofa bed for one person, dining area, with small library of books and fully equipped modern kitchen with water dispenser machine. In the living room there is an Xbox to help keep children entertained. There is also a separate WC on this level. On the first floor of the property there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room and a further en-suite double bedroom. The second floor of the property has a further double en-suite bedroom which has views over Kalkan towards the sea. On the top floor of the property is the master en-suite double bedroom, including ceiling fan, which is very spacious and has access to a large terrace balcony- offering the best views of the Old Town and the harbour.

Outside, there is a good sized salt water private pool (7m x 3.5m x 1.6m), please note that the pool has no shallow end, surrounded by sunbathing terraces, sun beds and parasols, a table tennis table and a choice of al-fresco outdoor dining areas.
