Please be aware that there is ongoing construction next door, which may result in some noise from Monday to Saturday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.

This home is situated in the desirable Chester suburb, Queen's Park. Queen's Park is located just the other side of the River Dee and is not far from Chester city centre, so a great place to be. Just a short walk and across the suspension bridge and you are in the heart of the city. The house has beautiful views looking out onto Chester Meadows.

Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family-friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as the Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens.

Access is via lock box. Guests will have access to the whole house.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own. These are standard size travel cots and they do not have extra mattresses. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
