Romantic one-bedroom apartment, mostly renovated in 2021, suitable for up to 2 adults + 1 child under 14.It has a style more unique than rare, presenting a combination of modern and traditional furnishings.The property offers one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a living room with a simple kitchenette.The kitchenette is very basic and is equipped with a hob, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and more.The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs.Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: Adults (from 14 years): 3 The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. It will take you to the Dolomiti Superski ski lifts in just a few minutes.In summer, on the other hand, you have the hiking trails right behind the house and the summer bus stop is about 350 metres away, which will take you to the centre and to the ski lifts in just a few minutes.In both summer and winter, you can also use the bus to reach the centre.Approximately 450 metres from the house you will find a public playground, to the delight of your children.The house has various amenities for your holiday, 1 outdoor parking space, free wi-fi, linen and towels.A romantic solution close to the pretty Ortisei in Val Gardena!Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, OrtiseiSome houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)Not all houses allow pets.
