The location of this place in Paris is fantastic, There are great nearby restaurants, shops, etc, What's even better is that this part of Paris still retains its authenticity and charm, away from the touristy crowds, The apartment is impeccably clean and charming, just as depicted in the photos, It gives off a luxurious hotel suite vibe rather than a standard apartment, The check-in process is seamless and the communication from the agency is excellent, We had a small issue with missing pillows on our first night, but the response was swift and friendly, The apartment was stocked with essentials like salt, pepper, toilet paper, and coffee capsules, along with cutlery, We also appreciated the fresh hotel-style towels provided, The only drawback is that it appears to be a single large apartment divided into two separate units, both being rented out through CheckMyGuest, The issue arises from the only door that separates the two units being permanently locked, with the other apartment's entry and bathroom located near our bedroom, This led to some noise disturbances when the neighbors returned late at night, However, once they settled in, the noise was minimal, as the rest of their apartment is far from our bedroom, Despite this drawback, we would still recommend this place, as the noise is only occasional and short-lived, If it weren't for the late arrivals, we may not have even noticed,

We searched for an apartment in Paris with a fireplace to spend Christmas, I checked in the ad that the fireplace was a heating item, I sent a message and the owner confirmed that we could use the fireplace, Upon arriving at the apartment, with purchased firewood, we received the information that we could not, In other words, incorrect information in the ad, And it remains incorrect, The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos (living room and kitchen), but the bedroom is large, It is commercially exploited by people who have never lived in it, Thus, everyday details go unnoticed, In the kitchen, there was no dishcloth, rug, soap, or sponge, We had to waste time on Christmas buying these basic items, How to use a kitchen without being able to wash the items? There are missing outlets, We had to put the Nespresso on the floor, These are details that only someone who lives there misses, For check-in, they require registration of your data on another site, outside of CheckMyGuest, Now I keep receiving emails from them,,, In other words, a good apartment but a bad experience,

Wir haben uns am Wohnort und in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Ein Hinterhaus mit hübschen Ausblick in grüne Hinterhöfe Es war sauber und gepflegt, schöner französischer Stil. Schön wäre noch ein Duschkorb und leider ließ sich die Türe der Dusche nicht schließen. Ein Hinweis, selber Trockenhandtücher und Spülschwämmchen mitzunehmen , wäre nett! Wunderbare Lage für Nachtleben in kleinen Bars und leckeres Essen! Für das Frühstück toller Bio- Bäcker nicht weit.
