It's just a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower, surrounded by amazing local eateries, conveniently located near the metro, and boasts a fantastic balcony to soak up the sunshine, The flat is spotless, equipped with all the essentials, and the thoughtful details like cookies on the bed and coffee pods were a nice surprise, I'll definitely be booking this place again on my next trip to Paris!

Great location near the park, tower, and subway, Ideal for families with a spacious terrace, but also suitable for a romantic getaway without children around :) Only positive things to say about the apartment's location, Cons: They could improve a bit on cleaning the terrace (the inside of the apartment was clean) The interior doors squeak (noise), which was a bit of a hassle when the kids were sleeping, Overall, it was a really pleasant stay!

Fantastic flat in a fantastic location, We used to reside in this area of Paris so we were delighted to discover this flat available for rent within easy reach of rue du Commerce shops, wonderful bakeries, eateries, metro, the Champ de Mars and more, The apartment looks just like the pictures, tidy and with a lovely balcony, It's situated on a lively street but there are effective electronic metal blinds that you can close at night to shut out the light and the noise, The host was very prompt in responding and we would gladly return here,

The flat is situated within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, The top is visible from the terrace, The eateries situated just outside the edifice were fantastic, The flat is extremely roomy and ideal for the three of us (grown-ups - one bed is a pull out), Truly a marvelous place, We encountered a small problem during check-in due to delayed housekeeping, Joffrey was very prompt in the lead-up to check-in time, Upon our arrival, there appeared to be a mix of automated responses and direct communications which caused some confusion, a bit of frustration, and a slight delay in gaining entry, Eventually, we were able to enter and had a delightful stay, The kitchen was adequately stocked (excellent fridge and plenty of ice!), We were grateful for the fans as the weather was unusually warm, The beds were cozy, and we enjoyed the large windows/doors for fresh air, Although there was construction nearby as mentioned in a note, the noise was minimal and not a bother, We would definitely recommend this place!

The host was very easy to communicate with and the apartment was spacious and a good size for a family of four, The area is peaceful, but there is a metro station right outside, I want to mention a comment from a previous guest who said that you can feel the trains passing under the building, It wasn't too distracting, but you could definitely notice it, The beds were comfortable and having a washer/dryer combo in the unit was great, One area that could be improved is the provision of basic supplies, We were a family of four staying for four nights, but we only had two rolls of toilet paper, Similarly, there was a Nespresso coffee machine, but no pods (or any supplies in the kitchen), We had to buy what we needed at a local market, but it wouldn't cost much to provide a few more basic items, It would also have been really useful to have a small guide to the local area (e,g, local restaurants, bakeries, markets, etc,),

Starting with the fantastic location of the apartment, I must say it was beautifully renovated and impeccably clean, It offers plenty of space and comfort for our family of five, While there is only one full bathroom, with a shower and double sinks, and another with just a sink and a toilet, it wasn't a major issue but could use some clarification, Some noise from the nearby subway station can be heard, but it didn't bother us as we are heavy sleepers, However, light sleepers may find it disturbing, If you plan on cooking, note that there is no induction cookware, but this didn't bother us as we mostly dined out, The wifi was a bit unreliable and should be looked into, Joffrey was prompt and polite in addressing any concerns, Overall, it was a positive experience, and with the minor issues resolved, I would highly recommend it and give it a perfect rating,

The apartment is absolutely stunning and just a short walk from various shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the subway, Unfortunately, during our stay, the dishwasher was out of order, dishes were put away with food still stuck on them, there was barely any laundry detergent left, and we ran out of dishwashing liquid, When I reported the issue with the dishwasher, I was sent a video on how to use it, Despite explaining that there was an error light and the dishwasher wouldn't work no matter what we did, I didn't receive any further assistance, Furthermore, the kitchen was lacking in utensils and cooking equipment, On top of that, there was construction noise coming from the apartment above us, making it difficult to relax during the day, Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay, making it even harder to rest, It was just a stroke of bad luck, My overall impression is mixed, The space and location are fantastic, but some improvements are needed,
