Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée se trouve à moins de 800 mètres du Stratosphere Casino et du célèbre Las Vegas Strip. Reposez-vous dans un quartier calme, loin de l'agitation du casino. Toutes les commodités sont incluses. C'est un condo spécieux de plus de 800 pieds carrés! Grandes chambres et zone de départ. Récemment rénové, tout est neuf. Cuisine entièrement chargée avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer un petit-déjeuner léger ou un dîner de 3 plats. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est d'apporter la nourriture et les compétences en cuisine. Tout l'apt est à vous, vous ne partagez pas avec des étrangers. Je suis disponible presque 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 (j'ai besoin de dormir quelques heures). Je suis toujours juste un coup de téléphone. N'hésitez pas à m'appeler n'importe quand avec n'importe quel besoin ou question. Minutes de la bande moins de 0. 5 mile du casino Stratosphere.

The host and property manager were so welcoming and helpful! Great clear communication with the host. The condo was nice and clean and comfortable. Outside area could be neater and more welcoming. Conveniently located near the Strat at the north end of the Strip

Family getaway

We had a great time. The neighborhood looked a little rough when we arrived, but we were pleasantly surprised to how quiet the neighborhood was. Apartment was well secured and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again

A stay close to the strip

We had a really good time, we were closed to the strip and the art district. We had a car so it was easy to park on the street and we were closed to the majors hwy.

Overall pretty good

The wall are not sound proof. Luck for us the neighbors were happy go lucky and a noise at 4 am the could hear him snoring. But this only happened the first night. The bed was very firm. But the location was within walking to the Strat and Main St pubs and restaurants. A great place if you are not wanting to be directly on the strip.

Uncomfortable apartment, excessive host fees

The apartment had unusual and uncomfortable furniture. The two couches were made of plastic that lit up when you turned on the switch. The cushions on them that were not comfortable. The one chair in the living room was also uncomfortable. We mostly sat outside where there were normal chairs. Both beds were hard, and the door to one of the bedrooms was broken. Closing it required forceful pushing against the frame, which was difficult and noisy, and even then did not close it completely. The friend who accompanied my husband and I considered flying home after the first night. The apartment was too cold for our comfort and there were no instructions on how to use the digital thermostat. Our attempts to contact the host about this went unanswered for hours. In the meantime, we spent money on blankets to keep us warm at night. While the location was good, the neighborhood was questionable. Still, we did feel safe because of the security codes on the gates. One minor complaint was that there was no corkscrew in the apartment even though it was equipped with wine glasses. We could not open the bottle of wine we had bought and finally had to borrow a corkscrew from one of the residents.

I was very impressed by this gem I found .The place is close to everything The pictures are accurate. Communication was A plus. My flight got delayed and I was accommodated immediately. The place is amazing. Just as described and the pool is a bonus. I would highly recommend and will stay again when I come back to Vegas.

Location was ideal close to the monorail. Toilet wobbled, extra bed has a huge stain on mattress other then that very clean. Furniture definitely needs a upgrade. Like most apartments neighbors can be loud and since animals are aloud you will definitely hear some barking at all hours. We stayed with two dogs so were ready for some noise from others. Communication with owner was awesome. We did not use the pool, but it was very clean!

The place was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is on Thursday morning you have to park somewhere else due to the street sweeper.

Very nice and modern apartment. Yaniv was very accommodating when we needed to get an early check-in. The housekeeper was very friendly and attentive. Very cozy and homey. Bed was very comfy. Will stay again.

Unit was very clean and nice on the inside. Property seemed well maintained and pool was adequate. Rental cars were hard to come by so it was great to be walking distance to the Strat and the bust stop there. Also a small grocery store a few blocks away. Yaniv was great with communications and responding to questions. Ok area, I never felt in danger or threatened. Only issue we had was the neighbors upstairs were a little noisy. I am not sure if they were residents or renting too and we just had bad luck in being there at the same time. Other than that it was great, felt like home. Yaniv even went above and beyond in mailing us some items we left behind that had great sentimental value. I will always be grateful for that.
