Situated in the village of Prodromi, a short walk from the town of Polis and the Marina of Latchi, the Summer Haven is a fully equipped two-story Town House situated in the Polis Chrysochous Bay area.
The Polis area has been beautifully blessed by nature and combines the beauty of mountains, sea and stunning landscapes, perfect for those seeking relaxation and recreation. Those wishing to escape the stress and routine of daily life will find an ideal place of calm and rest.
The private entrance to The Summer House is accessed through a gate leading into the front garden which is furnished with a four-seater table to relax in the warm sunny evenings and for outside dining. The garden has views of the sea and mountains and is set in a quiet agricultural setting of fields, almond and olive trees. Paphos Airport is only 35km away, less than one hour by car and free parking is available outside the property.
The front entrance leads to a dining and living room with sofas, a dining table and a large flat-screen Smart TV with international channels, Netflix. Wi Fi is available throughout the house and is free, about 20Mbps.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a double oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and air fryer.
Double sliding doors at the rear of the property lead to a covered patio where guests can relax on the sun terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool and pleasant lawned gardens with seating areas under the shade of orange trees.
On the first floor the spacious staircase and landing has stunning views of the sea and mountains and leads to a furnished balcony with access to the roof terrace. There are two separate bedrooms, the first has sea views and a super king bed and the second has pool views and a double bed. Both rooms have air conditioning and fly screens and the master bedroom has a ceiling fan.
A short walk of about 12-minutes takes you to the beach and the first of many bars and restaurants leading to Latchi Marina. The nearest mini market is only 600 metres away and the bars, kiosks, restaurants and shops in Prodromi are only a ten-minute walk away. The town of Polis Chrysochous can be reached via a footpath through Prodromi and takes about 25 minutes to walk. If preferred a local bus service provides transport to all towns and villages and car or bike hire is available nearby or can be arranged prior to your arrival.
