Our comfortable 40m² apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed with professional hotel linens, and in the living room, guests have access to a sofa bed, which also serves as a cozy spot for spending relaxing evenings. The dining area offers a space where you can enjoy meals and spend pleasant moments. The apartment is equipped with a TV and free internet access, and guests can also use the spacious terrace.

The kitchenette is fully equipped to meet all needs during your stay. It includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, as well as tableware: cutlery, plates, and glasses, along with other small appliances for preparing meals. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

We provide fresh linens and towels at hotel standards. For added comfort, air conditioning has been installed.

Due to the nature and location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to follow our House Rules. Above all, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (organizing parties is strictly prohibited) and smoking in the apartment is forbidden.
