The building was built recently with a heated rooftop pool (open all the year, except the months of January and February) with communal areas.
The property is located nearby the MĂĄlaga MarĂa Zambrano Train Station, at the right city centre of MĂĄlaga, near Playa de la Misericordia sand beach, 50 m from the bus stop, 50 m from the supermarkets and two of the biggest Malls in the City, just a couple of minutes from the Old town, 4 km from El Candado Golf Club golf course, 10 km from Aeropuerto de MĂĄlaga (AGP) airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood near the sea in MĂĄlaga city.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: parking, lift, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, 1 TV.
In the American style kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, frying pans, toaster and juicer are provided.
