Located in the heart of Las Americas, very close to the beach, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. With 600mb fibre wifi internet, one bedroom and capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for couples and friends. This property is perfect to enjoy a unique experience in the south of Tenerife.
This cosy apartment strategically located, very close to Playa de Las Américas and leisure areas, is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people and 600mb wifi internet. With a pleasant bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and an open-plan space, well laid out, which includes a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room. This room also has a comfortable sofa, 50’ Smart TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the wonderful terrace overlooking the communal pool, where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe, while enjoying the atmosphere of the place.
With an unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas and Costa Adeje.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more.
The flat is located on the ground floor.
In the complex where it is located, there is a washer-dryer service for a fee.
The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 19:00. Sun loungers are available on request from the lifeguard for a fee.
