Units are located on the 4rd floor in a building. The nearest parking is 20 min walk away and it is public and it costs. This lovely two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view is a perfect fit for five persons. It features air conditioning, WiFi and flat-screen TV. Kitchen is well equipped with a oven, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher. Bathroom includes bathtub, hair dryer and washing machine. Balcony with outdoor furniture offers wonderful sea view. Apartments Lazarin is 1 km away from the Old Town, the grocery shop, bakery and cafes can be found in 170 meters range. The nearest bus station is 200 meters away, with buses passing frequently. Wonderful Stay

First of all our host Lidija was amazing. She communicated well and was very helpful to us during our stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Our favourite thing about the apartment was the balcony (we didn’t sit inside at all during our stay). The furniture was very comfortable and the views of the Adriatic and old town were worth climbing the stairs to get there!!. As others have stated in their reviews, there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment - seems to be quite common in Dubrovnik. But then the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. We were a group of 60 year olds and managed with heavy luggage. Would still stay here again as sitting on the balcony was such a lovely retreat from the busy old town.

The apartment is a short walk into Dubrovnik old town with fabulous views of the walls, harbour and Lokrum Island, and several small supermarkets close by, It had everything needed for a comfortable holiday, Lidija was an excellent host, meeting us on arrival although it was late in the evening, She made us feel very welcome, she was friendly and knowledgeable about Dubrovnik and its history, There are alot of steps, but as far as we were concerned that view made everyone of them worthwhile!
