Apartments Sipa is ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Distance to centre of the city is 1,0.
Continuing straight down the street of the property, the north entrance of the Old Town is reachable within 10 minutes (600meters) without steps.
Parking is private, on site and chargeable (20 euros per day), reservation is required.

This lovely one bedroom apartment with furnished balcony and sea view is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dining table. Apartment also provides an iron and ironing board. Bathroom includes shower, washing machine and a hair dryer.

Guests can explore sights such as the City Walls, Stradun, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Divine pebble and sandy beaches Banje and St. Jacob are nearby. Cable car which offers stunning views of Dubrovnik and is a great photo opportunity is only few minutes away from the apartment. Nature reserve Lokrum Island is another must see with beautiful botanical gardens, untouched beaches and historic monuments.
Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the area, as well as bakeries and ATM's.

Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port are 4 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

Fantastic location, great hosts, excellent facilities, Would strongly recommend,Large apartment, super clean and functional, with a bottle of wine to welcome us, Easy location to find or to get to, the area is a safe one, A bit noisy at night, being really close to the street but not to a problematic level, Parking was a challenge but the owners helped a lot, We left our keys so he could move our car around, The view is beyond fantastic, If you are in shape, it is a walkable distance to the historical city (but there are 166 steps to climb up and down), If you are not in great shape, do like us, use Uber to move around, Being close makes the ride not too expensive and worth it,\r\nWould strongly recommend

Prachtig uitzichtAangekomen werden we ontvangen door de gastvrouw die heel erg vriendelijk was en ons heel het appartement en alle benodigdheden heeft laten zien, Ook stonden er bij aankomst 2 biertjes klaar en een fles wijn! Het uitzicht van het appartement is adembenemend, je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op de oude stad en het eiland! Ik denk zelfs dat dit appartement een van de beste uitzichten heeft in de buurt door de ligging, Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief een wasmachine wat heel erg prettig was voor ons na zo een lange rit door Kroatië, Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van de oude stad wat voor ons prima te doen was, wel moet je een paar trappen af maar dat was voor ons geen probleem! Het Sveti Jakov strand ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen! Ik zou dit appartement iedereen aanraden en hier zeker een keer terug komen!
