A really nice location and property. Kitchen equipped for every purpose and fantastic close access to beach and coastroad. The town itself has many great places to eat and drink fresh fish you can see being brought in on the local boats , and follow to the shop 5mins away. The host is really pleasant ,friendly was available at all times throughout the stay ,should there have been any issues whatsoever (there were none). Highly recommend.

This was our 4th time staying in this apartmentLovely apartment in an ideal situation so close to the sea and the town.Lovely view of the sea and so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the sea.Would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back next year.

Lovley apartment with everyting you would need. The location is excellent with views of the sea from the balcony. Walking distance to shops, cafes and places to eat.

Great location, 5 minute walk into Sheringham for food and arcades etc! The balcony does look over the carpark but also great views of the sea and sunset so didn’t bother us! The one thing I would suggest making clearer in the blurb is that whilst there is “free” parking in Cliff Road, there are minimal spaces and we never found one- I just paid to park from 8am until going out- and then if back before 6 ( only one day)- so around 25 for the 3 days…. Kids loved the arcades- thankfully still have 2p games- with 3 of them that helps keep the to a manageable level!

Overall the property was ok. It is in a good location for access to everything around and does have a lovely view from the balcony and sat on the sofa looking out. The property is well equipped however we did attempt to cook food with the frying pan and had to throw it in the bin as the bottom of the pan is all peeling off and left the food tasting awful could do with replacing. The flat was very clean just some bits are very dated and rusted so don’t look great. The twin beds were very uncomfortable but I guess that’s personal preference. As mentioned on previous reviews WiFi would also be a good addition to this property as signal is very hit n miss.

The view from the comfy sofas, across the town and sea, was wonderful. Centrally located for all Sheringham's amenities and a morning swim in the sea. Well equipped apartment but wi-fi would have been good. Will definately visit again!

We had a lovely stay in this property in Sheringham, we love the town and have been dozens of times. The view from the balcony was great (if you avoid looking at the car park), the property had all the things we needed and we had no problems during our stay. The two main negative points are no broadband/Wi-Fi and no parking. Many previous guests in the visitor book complain about a lack of Internet access; Wi-Fi is pretty much an essential service these days and my kids were not impressed. There is also no parking available, we ended up having to pay 46 to stay in the long stay car park for the week as no spaces available on Cliff Road, so bear that extra expense in mind. Communication with Kim was good and we would happily stay again, but next time I would bring my router and 5G Sim card!

This was our 3rd year staying in this apartment.Beautiful apartment so close to the Town and beach. Amazing view of the sea from the balcony and front room.Would definitely recommend this apartment.Hope to be back again next year.

I should imagine this flat is ideal for a young family which we are not. We were hoping for a relaxing time on the balcony resting and enjoying the panoramic view. What the information on the property doesn't tell you is that there is a fair size public open air car park inbetween you and the sea (you have to use this facility to park your vehicle @ 46 for week). The car park was very busy from 8am till 6/7pm with all the resulting noise and fumes. So much so we left 3 days early for some peace and quiet at home. Yes we could have gone out everyday but then wants the point of renting a property with a balcony with panoramic views?

Comfortable, clean and tidy accommodation with a dishwasher which is ideal. Towels, linen and dishwasher tablets included. No free parking, but we knew that before we arrived and the paid parking is opposite, so no problem. Near the centre of town which is great for shops, bars and restaurants. Amazing views of the sea and the sunset. The children would like wi-fi, but the grown ups weren't bothered!! Ha, ha. Thank you, we will be back!
