Park View is a modern, well equipped, light and airy end of terrace house, situated within a quiet residential area of Cromer. The property benefits from being located on the edge of the traditional Victorian fishing town of Cromer, famous for its local crabs, pier with the end of pier theatre and a blue flag beach. Try crabbing off the pier, rock pooling at low tide or even surfing. The town itself has an array of independant shops, cafes and restaurants, there is plenty to do day or night.Ground Floor: with front door opening into hallway with door to WC and washbasin and stairs leading to first floor. Door into the Sitting room: with comfortable sofas and Freesat, Smart TV, Blu Ray player, leading into open plan kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washer/dryer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer. With French doors leading out to south facing paved courtyard garden. Gate leading to rear access.
First floor: landing, with doors opening to principal bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin. Door to: Twin bedroom. Door to family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
Outside: South facing paved courtyard with raised beds, pergola. 1 x medium size dog permitted at ÂŁ20.00 per week. Please note dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs. Gate leading to rear access. Two dedicated parking spaces to the front of the property. Views to front overlooking communal green space.
Please note: Stairgate (fixed at bottom of stairs). Iron and ironing board provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Location: beach 1.1 miles. Train station (Roughton Road) 5 minute walk (regular trains to Sheringham and Norwich and beyond). Cromer Golf course 4 minute drive. Cromer town centre 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk. For walkers, on the doorstep is a pleasant walk along the public footpath to the National trust property of Felbrigg Hall, which hosts many events throughout the year, there is also nearby easy access to the many coastal footpath walks. Amazonia Zoo is also within a 5 minute walk.

Great holiday

We had a very good holiday at this property, everything was clean and comfortable with lots of useful info about the house and local area. Parking is easy. Unlike some of our previous holidays, we looked forward to going home the end of the day. We did contact Keys holidays about a concern and by the end of the day they had contacted the property owners (lovely people) who came and sorted it themselves. They really do care about their guests, and the neighbours are also very nice. Roads can get a bit frustrating in North Norfolk but it is worth it as the area is stunning. We would highly recommend24 Randall Crescent and Keys Holidays.

A five star retreat that is worth the trip. on first foot inside you can tell that the house is homely warm and welcoming, a as clean as a whistle. A welcome pack is waiting for you, also cleaning pods for dishwasher and washing machine a small touch that makes it feel like home,Really Ready great place to stay, and the neighbours are friendly and welcoming.WELL DONE YOU.

Park View - a delightful retreat

This is a beautiful house on a quiet estate. It is inaccurately clean and excellently resourced for all you need for a retreat. Communication is swift and clear and every request is responded to quickly and efficiently. If you have small children they will enjoy the park just outside the front door. For Animal lovers Amazona Zoo is just behind the park and is well worth the visit. The house is well equipped with all you need. There is a lovely welcome package that settles you in and the small garden is ideal for sitting with a cup of tea and reading a book or having a chat. Everything you need is supplied from some dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods to a bag of dog treats and clear instructions on rubbish collection. The table seats four or six if you use the garden chairs when your grandchildren visit. The sofa is deep and relaxing and you will easily fall asleep watching the TV. Upstairs the master bedroom has a lovely en-suite and the bed is comfy and there is excellent storage in the chest of drawers and sliding wardrobe. The second bedroom with twin beds is excellent and draws in the light from the back of the house. The bathroom can be used solely for those in the twin room. There is also a downstairs loo just inside the front door so there are no queues for the toilet. This is a lovely get away and the local residents are all very welcoming and friendly especially if you have a dog. You will enjoy your stay here and if you need a swim or beach it is a five minute drive or a decent walk into Cromer.

You need to stay here!

You need to stay here! This was our 2nd visit to the holiday home as we enjoyed it so much the first time around. The house is immaculate, spotlessly clean and just perfect for any couples or families. It has absolutely everything that you can think of. Every room is well equipped and the kitchen has every single piece of kitchen kit that you can think of. The owners have it set to cater for every age group. The park across the road is perfect for young toddlers through to teenagers. The property is in a very quiet location, no traffic noise at all at any time if the day. You're also within walking distance to the train station and the centre of Cromer. There are some beautiful beaches in the area that are not too long of a drive. I would highly recommend this cottage, it's just perfect

Cracking Cromer

Randall Crescent has become our go-to getaway when visiting Cromer. Tucked just a little out of town in a peaceful spot, this modern end-of-terrace gem offers a stylish, comfy base for our coastal escapes. The master bedroom boasts a lovely en-suite, and there’s a cosy twin room that’s perfect for the kids. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and lounge are bright, airy, and open out onto a neat little garden—ideal for morning coffees or evening wind-downs. It’s a win for dog owners too! While pups aren’t allowed upstairs or on the furniture, a handy stair gate is provided to help keep the peace (and the upholstery intact). Cromer itself is charming and super dog-friendly, with plenty of great places to eat—just be sure to book ahead in peak times. A real home-from-home with holiday vibes—we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Lovely House on a beautiful Estate. Excellently equipped with a great garden space.

We had an excellent stay at Randall Crescent. A lovely house with plenty of space for 3 people and a dog. Fantastic Welcome pack including dog treats were included. Location is peaceful and great with only a 20 minute stroll into Cromer as well as only being 4 minutes walk from Roughton Road Train Station which we utilised one day with a trip to Norwich. Only negative we found was the comfort of the sofas in the living room.

Beautiful house with a short walk into town

Fantastic home in short walking distance of Cromer pier. Short walk past the playground and down the hill through zoo car park takes you right onto long road past Cromer Hall and the skate park. Decenber Holiday

Just a Brilliant place to stay to get you in the mood for Christmas. Lovely location, the property was very neat and tidy, nice to see information pack plus a big thankyou for the welcome pack which was a plus as we were ready for a hot drink. Nice walks into Cromer and surrounding area, Felbrigg Hall is a great destination plus a few minutes walk and you can hop on the train to Norwich.

Perfect for Cromer

This was our third time at 24 Randall Crescent and was equally as enjoyable as our first visit. Would not hesitate to recommend this modern two bed/two bathroom house to anyone wishing to spend a week or two in this delightful part of North Norfolk.

Good location and home

When I opened the door I said to my husband I may not leave it is lovely! The furnishings,the layout the cleanliness,the garden and a lovely welcome basket of goodies (so unexpected)! Having then moved upstairs the bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean and decor so stylish. We both enjoyed our stay and will probably book again next year

Best place we have stayed in loved the peace and quite the house was very well stocked in the Kitchen the showers were nice and powerful the bed in main bedroom very comfortable sleeped very well house in nice position just a short walk to sea front don't need to use car all the time
