Glorious residence!

We had a fantastic stay! Martina was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even when we had some last-minute changes and requests—she handled everything with ease and kindness. She also shared some great local recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The property had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely stay here again—and wouldn’t hesitate to book any property hosted by Martina!

We loved everything! The bed? Comfortable to the moon, seriously cozy. And the shower? Absolute greatness. As for the location PER-FECT. The TV placement was a bit weird, and maybe we just didn’t figure out how to turn it properly, but honestly, we came to travel, not watch TV so it didn’t really matter.

High-end vacation!

It was an excellent location, and the host was very easy to communicate with. However, there were several stairs to get down into the apartment itself. Also, I could hear everything with the occupants upstairs. Including noises throughout the night.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment’s location just outside the city walls made it so easy to access the Old Town. It was a breeze to pop in and out throughout the day, which gave us lots of flexibility to explore. Martina was very responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, making the stay even better. Check-in was simple with the lockbox, and the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. There were some ants, so we had to be careful with any food we left out, but overall, it was a great experience. This spot is a solid choice for anyone wanting to be close to the action!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

I was so disappointed in this place. On paper it looked great and at first glance it was beautiful. However after falling asleep right away after getting in from a long day of travelling, I woke up gasping for air and when I turned on the lights I realized there was mould directly above the bed and I happen to be very allergic. I contacted the host and they advised me they had a recent flood and didn’t know, however that amount of mould would take weeks to grow. As for dealing with the hosts, they were reasonable and gave a full refund but in my opinion the place needs proper remediation before it can be occupied again. Disappointing as otherwise the place was beautiful and the location was great.

Great stay!

Die Unterkunft war optisch schön, ein bequemes Bett und die Lage sehr zentral zum Strand & zur Altstadt. Allerdings haben uns ein paar praktische Dinge gefehlt – z. B. Haken fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher im Bad, etwas zum AufhĂ€ngen der Strandsachen, ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer MĂŒlleimer und ein KlopapierstĂ€nder. Leider konnte man nichts offen liegen lassen, da sofort Ameisen kamen. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen wĂ€re es deutlich komfortabler gewesen – so reicht es von uns leider nicht ganz fĂŒr 5 Sterne.

La struttura Ăš praticamente nuova (i mobili profumano ancora di negozio). È in una posizione ottima perchĂ© si trova appena fuori le mura: ti permette di raggiungere il centro in un attimo ma di evitare la calca del centro storico. Supermercati e fermate autobus sono praticamente fuori la porta. Il check-in Ăš tutto self, non abbiamo mai incontrato il nostro host. Noi abbiamo preso il monolocale, che permette un po’ di intimitĂ  in piĂč ed ha anche una piccola porta indipendente.
