Casa Rosy is a cozy 5-bed vacation home for stays in Torre Lapillo, within walking distance of the beach, center and all major services.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, electric oven. Pets are allowed.

Apartment Casa Rosy is a simple and cozy vacation home, perfect for vacations a stone`s throw from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo, among the most famous seaside vacation destinations in Salento.
The solution is introduced by a gate.
The entrance is into a living room with dining room, 1 single sofa bed and TV. From here there is access to the lovely masonry kitchenette.
 
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and 1 twin with bunk beds.
At the back there is a courtyard equipped with outdoor shower, washing machine, sink, small table and chairs. Completes the house 1 bathroom with a shower stall.

Casa Rosy is located in one of the main streets of Torre Lapillo, served by stores and typical small restaurants. It is a short walk from the free beach and equipped lidos.
The solution is great for family vacations within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Salento, along the coast of Porto Cesareo on the Ionian Sea.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
