This beautiful flat provides the perfect base for two couples or a group of friends who want to explore all this magnificent city has to offer. Having been recently renovated, this lovely home has been finished with nothing but style and comfort in mind. The apartment is perfectly located with all of York's attractions, foodie spots, cafe's and more a short walk away.
The open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen is light and spacious, providing a fantastic sociable living area to relax in. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with appliances which include a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and washer. There is also a coffee maker and air fryer! Next to the kitchen guests can enjoy the living room/diner with plus comfortable sofa and armchairs, and dining space for up to 4 guests to enjoy home-cooked meals.
From the hallway guests can access the two spacious bedrooms one king and one twin. Both bedrooms have been beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings and luxurious bed linen that you would expect from a hotel.
The master bedroom has been simply adorned, but boasts a plush king bed. The second bedroom is a cosy addition, with two twin singles, and plenty of space for storage on the hanging rails.
The bathroom is also brand new with a 3 piece suite with a generous walk-in shower.
We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need assistance during your stay.
We have the benefit of an allocated parking space, which is a rarity so close to the city centre! Please refer to 'Other things to note' section for further details.
Guests will have access to the entire property.
Closer to the time of your arrival, please make sure to read finer details under the 'Directions' reading section.
Parking is via a small car park at the rear of the building which is only exclusive to a few flats. For access to this, guests will need the fob which opens the main gate, which can be located inside the property. Please read the guest manual for more details.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
