Welcome to a stunning seaside studio apartment in the heart of
Bloubergstrand, offering a serene escape with breathtaking,
unobstructed views of Table Bay, including the iconic Table Mountain
and Robben Island. This charming accommodation is designed for two
guests, making it the perfect retreat for a couple or solo traveller.
The apartment features one beautifully appointed bedroom with a
comfortable queen bed, a private balcony, and a television for your
entertainment. The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet,
ensuring all the comforts of home.
The apartment boasts a spacious balcony where you can soak in the
spectacular sea and mountain views, making it an ideal spot to unwind
after a day of exploring. The light-filled, open-plan layout enhances
the airy, relaxed atmosphere, while the modern finishings add a touch
of luxury.
For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a fully functional
kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster,
kettle, and washing machine, making it perfect for self-catering.
Additional amenities include secure parking, internet access, and
provided linen and towels. The property strictly enforces a no-smoking
policy indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
Bloubergstrand is not just about the viewsâthis seaside suburb is a
gateway to the Cape West Coast, renowned for its seafood offerings and
beautiful beaches. Located just 20 minutes from Cape Town city centre
and 30 minutes from the airport, itâs a convenient base for exploring
the region. The area is popular for fishing, surfing, and swimming and
offers a variety of nearby activities to keep you entertained. After a
day of adventure, indulge in a seafood feast at one of the local
restaurants, including an original fishermanâs cottage right at the
water's edge, where you can savour the views and the sunset.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 2 Athens Road, Blouberg.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
