Witsand 804 is situated in the thriving suburb of Bloubergstrand, in
the popular city of Cape Town. Bloubergstrand is well-known for its
beautiful beachfront where you will find restaurants, beachside bars,
walking and cycling paths, and other family-friendly activities. The
beaches in this area are popular for surfing and kite surfing all year.
Cape Townâs city centre is only a 20-minute drive from your location
and visitors may easily explore by taking the MyCiTi bus.
This modern 2 bedroom unit exudes comfort and tranquility and has
everything you need for an unforgettable self-catering stay. This unit
offers its guests a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy
lounge area fitted with a flat-screen TV and a dining area that seats
four people. From the lounge area, you are presented with a stunning
balcony, which boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the
iconic Table Mountain and is great for summer BBQs while guests enjoy
Bloubergs outstanding natural attractions.
Both bedrooms are spacious and are bound to allow you to have your best
sleep yet, with the sound of the ocean waves and the smell of the fresh
sea breeze, a state of peacefulness is guaranteed. The main bedroom
includes a comfy queen bed and makes use of a shared bathroom with a
shower, toilet and basin while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds
and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. All linen and
towels are provided with your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
