Beautiful & Spacious

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful & spacious this rental was. The view of the lake on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other was amazing! We will definitely rent this place again!

Great place, loved the layout. The 2 separate kitchens and living areas and washer dryers were nice to have. We had 3 moms and 3 teen daughters for spring break. Good location and close to beach.

Great family get away! This villa has everything you need; umbrellas for the beach etc.

Very easy rental. Very informative instructions. Property manager was easy to get ahold of and talk to before our stay; very accommodating.

Labor Day Trip

Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.

Great location but could be cleaner

We had a great stay for our weekend trip. The house is close to several restaurants and the beach. We loved having the two kitchens to store all of our foods and drinks. The only issue we had was after being in the house for a few hours with no shoes on the bottoms of our feet were black.

Emerald Villa A Real Gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our ladies weekend at this clean, comfortable and bright home. The lake view is gorgeous & serene from the deck and through the big windows in the living room! The kitchen was bright & immaculate & had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable & beautifully decorated. We loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach & Crab Trap. The parking area was super convenient, too! We definitely plan to return & highly recommend this to all our friends!

Destin Vacation

My wife and I stayed here with our two daughters and their families. There were 7 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room and the accommodations worked out well. The only glitch was the 1st floor master bath drain was clogged and the drain plug would not stay open. I removed the debris the best I could and wedged the handle of a spoon into the drain to hold the plug open. This worked well enough for us to shower. I believe the photo cell on the outdoor light needs replacing. The light remained on our entire 4 night stay. We enjoyed the location of this property. Our grand kids liked feeding the turtles in the lake behind the property and the community pool was nice. Access to the beach was convenient. Overall, we had a great time in Destin and this property worked out well for us. Kershaw's from H'town

I really like being close to the beach and pool and this property did that. The pool was about 10 houses down from where we were. There was a small tunnel you could walk through to get beach side. For most of the week the tunnel was full of water and tadpoles so you couldn’t walk through it. After 3-4 days the city I believe came and sucked the water out and you could use it. There were some issues with the house. There were many lightbulbs out which I did call about. The upstairs tub drained extremely slow. The upstairs toilet chain kept coming undone and the flush handle would swivel around. The locks on the upstairs bathroom didn’t work..actually the door wouldn’t shut all the way. The master bathroom downstairs the door wouldn’t lock. Those are a few things that need fixed. There was a lake in the back that had pretty cool turtles to see. For the most part we had a good time. It would be nice if the property had bikes or a golf cart. Thanks for having us Florida

An honest review: Location is what really shines through with this property. You are walking dista

An honest review: Location is what really shines through with this property. You are walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach! By walking distance I mean less than 5 min! There is also a beautiful lake behind the property. The view is gorgeous! Both kitchens had ample space and were practical/efficient. Washer and dryer both upstairs/downstairs is also a plus. The cons: This site was not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have preferred. Even more so when you are paying for a cleaning fee upon booking. I have attached some pictures to show what I mean. There were areas that we had to vacuum (good thing we brought one) and when we mopped with our makeshift mop the rag was pretty dingy. The rail that goes upstairs we wiped with a Clorox wipe and it was black from dirt in just one swipe. Even that until this point is tolerable. What really was the tipping point is when I changed the sheets in one of the bedrooms (because there were a couple hairs on the sheets on the bed, again good thing I brought my own) there were stains from what looked like all sorts of bodily fluids or even blood on the mattress. Which has me questioning weather they even changed the sheets or if they did and didn’t care to clean it or replace the mattress or buy a mattress protector. When we called to complain and let them know there were a lot of areas that seemed dusty/ and or not cleaned we were simply told “we don’t do that”. No intent of fixing the situation. By that point we had already cleaned the place and was too late to book elsewhere. If location Is your primary focus you will love the place. If cleanliness is your focus I would suggest you find another place or come prepared to work before enjoying your stay here. There was also no pump hand soap in the bathrooms/kitchens and just one toilet roll in the bathroom so plan accordingly. Hope this review helps someone else when looking at booking this place!

Our family rented the Emerald Villa for the week. Both kitchens had everything that would be needed. It was spacious and no one fought for a bathroom. It’s so close to everything that, when we needed take-out or fast run the the store it wasn’t a hassle. We loved it will be back!

Double family spring break

We had two families sharing the two-story unit and it was THE BEST experience we have ever had! The unit was clean, all appliances worked, beds were VERY comfortable, location was ideal and the stay was easy in-and-out. We will definitely be back!

Spring getaeay

We enjoyed staying at this location. It was close to the beach and restaurants. We almost extended a couple of days but couldn't after a death of a friend back home! We will be back and may rent this place again. Thank you very much for the great place!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations, which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helping to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley and Jax. Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win!
