Very convenient location. We walked to a restaurant by the beach for dinner, the were many options for quick bites to eat right by the apartment. Everything was very clean and the patio was a really nice place to enjoy the sunny weather.

Great place for our group. We stayed an additional night after a cruise and this was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and slept comfortably. Very close to the airport as well. The roof top views were amazing at sunset and short walk to the beach!

Perfect location for an early flight at FCO

Clean, secure, good amenities, beautiful rooftop atrium, ample free parking good communication with owner. We'd stay there again.

The property was amazing. Super clean and the view is something not to be missed. They were super easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful terrace

The room and terrace were very nice and clean. Short walk to ocean and restaurants was wonderful. Very noisy kids with loud music during the night, however.

Roma airport accommodations

The apartment was very comfortable and about 10 minutes to the airport. Our apartment was on the second floor so carrying all of our luggage was a task as we had been traveling for 2 months. We were about an 8 minute walk to restaurants on the Beach which was nice and quite lovely at sunset. Parking was free on the street in front of the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location near airport

The property is very clean and has a really cool roof top pavilion. We just stayed overnight to catch a plane but would have liked to enjoy the rooftop setting more. The neighbor hood seems a bit old but we didn't venture out at all so we have no context on the neighborhood. Check in and out was seamless. Ride to airport took fifteen minutes.

This was a wonderful stay after a long week in Italy. It was a 10 minute ride to the airport in the morning. The host was incredibly kind and let us in a little early due to our situation. They also answered all of our questions. Very little vegan food options at the restaurants that are near, but there’s a lovely grocery store one block away where we were able to buy all kinds of food. The rooftop eating area and Jack was special and the rooms were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this for anybody who needed to be near the airport either coming or going.

Very nice, clean and functional units, close enough to the airport. We reserved the larger unit on the top floor but were offered 2 units on the first floor which was fine except for the fact that the neigbor upstairs arrived late and left early and was very noisy (with furniture etc) and bringing or more banging his luggage through the stairs and it was difficult to sleep. The top floor unit is certainly more quiet but no elevators.

4 Days in Rome

We recently stayed at the Roma Airport Sky Apartments. Due to a scheduling conflict, we did not stay in the Royal apartment but were offered to stay in the Sky and Roma apartments. Both apartments were very nice and very clean when we arrived. Stocked exactly as described with towels and linens and tea/coffee. They suited our needs perfectly, as we wanted someplace quiet and very close to the airport due to our early departing flights. The neighborhood was pleasant and very close to the beach. Several markets and shops were minutes away, making it a very convenient location. A row of restaurants was about a 10-15minute walk from the building. We never had the chance to use the public transportation to go into the city centre, thus, we relied on taxis for our trips there and back. This was a bit expensive but convenient for everything we had planned. Communication with Gabriele throughout the process was excellent. Always answering our questions and responding quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!
