A beautiful veranda equipped with a bar area, armchairs, table and chairs, introduces the elegant interiors of Villa Sueño.

rejuvenating and relaxing.
The living room with its suspended fireplace, French sofa bed
and open kitchen with island and all the main accessories form the
living area. The sleeping area consists of refined, bright and cozy
rooms.
The master master bedroom has an en suite emotional
shower room, walk-in closet, in-room Jacuzzi tub on the ground floor and
a large window facing the garden.
The second master bedroom has a distinctive king-size bed with rounded shapes. The third bedroom has a French bed.
There is also 1 luxurious bathroom with multifunction shower and chromotherapy and with double sinks.
From
the main kitchen in the living room there is access to a large
outbuilding with wooden canopies, consisting of a smaller kitchen,
laundry room, 1 double sofa bed and 1 double bedroom, complemented by 1 shower room.

Villa
Sueño stands just outside the town of Palmariggi, a small Salento
municipality with all essential services, just 11 km from the center of
Otranto and all the most beautiful places of its coastline.
Also
very close by are Castro, with its medieval village, just 16 km from the
villa, and Santa Cesarea Terme, located just 13 km away. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bedroom with French bed is 120 cm, it can accommodate two children or 1 adult.
