The house was so incredibly clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need! It felt like home! Bill and Brenda are fabulous owners and their communication is top notch. We spent many hours at the pool that is located right out the front door! This place has it all. It’s close to so many amenities, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to others. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Bill and Brenda!

The subject quote is spot on… all it needs is you!! An excellent stay with everything you could need! Perfect location and the BEST hosts you could ask for!! They went the extra mike to make sure we were able to celebrate with family in the area!! The Christmas tree and lights on the stairs were such a quaint touch!! Thank you B&B!!!

Great place for family to stay comfortably

Well stocked, clean, tidy, very comfortable, spacious bedrooms and owners very helpful and responsive. Nice to be close to pool and hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

The house was excellent with all appliances and equipment working well. The place was very clean and comfortable. The Host was responsive to our inquiries and requests. Outdoor spaces were great, and the garage was a welcome amenity. One reason we selected this property was the heated pool just outside our door. The pool was not heated and was not usable since the water was so cold. The hot tub at the pool was working and was very nice. But the unheated pool was a huge disappointment.

This was beyond our control. The HOA was contacted - Dan knew this! The pool was fixed finally. There are some things that we have NO control over.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the house and the pool right outside the front door and the garage. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed. The hosts/owners were so helpful, friendly and accommodating in every way. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

A good month

Property was fully furnished. More of a real home. Good decorations. Dining table. Normal, comfortable furniture instead of a cheap sectional couch like some rentals have. It worked great for us. Lots of hiking, and mini trips to Prescott, Sedona and Flagstaff, etc.

It was perfect!

Bill and Brenda were very accommodating. Their home is clean and it was perfect for my family of 6. We loved the pool, the neighborhood and the closeness to shopping & grocery stores. They had a grill and bikes to borrow and everything that we could have needed was there (dishes, towels, laundry etc.). Brenda checked on us after arrival to make sure everything was good and again after we checked out. Highly recommend. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Clean, comfortable, and convienient

The hosts are very good to work with and helpful. We picked this location for the heated pool and hot tub. Upon arrival we discovered the pool was cool as well as hot tub. I contacted the owners abd they immediately contacted the pool property management and within a day or two it was heated. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Plenty of room for everyone. Having the garage was a bonus and a fully operating kitchen helped us be ablw to have some home cooked meals and feel more at home and not have to eat out all the time. We had such a good time and we loved the stay.

Mold in unit

This unit has a water leak in the entry by the garage door - it dripped on my sister and there was mold on the ceiling. There was also evidence of a leak in master bath cabinet and mold along the very back. I am allergic to mold, needed to move out and the owners were not helpful in refunding the amount owed. They refunded half and we stayed 2 out of 8 nights. I asked up front if there was any mold and leaks. I had to spend so much time trying to get refunded. I tried very hard to kindly work this out with them. Otherwise it’s a nice sized unit with lots of space. They were also good with communication until this happened. Pool is close as well.

It’s really sad that the whole truth isn’t being said here on our property. Everything was immediately responded too. Communication with VRBO and how we should handle this visitor, since we have never had this type of situation. Immediately after getting this visitor response about a leak ( that we did not know about. We had a restoration company there immediately- in which they are not cheap to get! The technician who when out on the call said there wasn’t an active leak. And there was no mold present in the house. He even said in his report that he told the tenant that he could clean up anything that she wanted done. And she refused any work. We are very fair with any one who stays in our house. We immediately fix or adjust what needs to be done. After years of having our house on the VRBO platform and also AirBnB before VRBO we have never had a review like this. But we appreciate always those who gives a review. We understand there will always be someone who isn’t happy. We run a nationwide business, so we get it. We hope that this tenant Shannon Rios or Paulson which ever last name is being used. Thank you and have a blessed year.

House was set up with everything one could need.beautiful quiet area, garage to park in, washer and dryer, very spacious rooms and closets. We did not get to use the swimming pool but area seemed clean and well maintained.

The property was wonderful. Everything was clean and nice. The pool and hot tube were refreshing. My family and I enjoyed ourselves very much. It was close to all amenities and the other part of my family that lives in Arizona. The hosts were very nice, responsive and available if needed.

It was a good value for us, the hot tub and heated pool are right outside the door. It was easy to bike in and out of and the neighborhoods make for nice 3+ mile walks all around the area. It is close to ball fields, restaurants and White Tank mountain park.
