Located in Desenzano del Garda, inside a residence with swimming pool and communal tennis court, apartment with balcony for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room furnished with comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV and open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and American coffee maker. From the living room, through French doors, there is access to the private balcony equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfast and lunch and moments of relaxation. There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and balcony overlooking the residence's garden. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed and a small closet. Through French doors there is access to the balcony shared with the other room. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine completes the apartment.



*Condominium pool is available from May 1 to September 30. Use of swimming cap may be required.



*Tennis court can be reserved directly on site and is subject to a fee.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano you can rediscover ancient Roman ruins of the Villa Romana, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: in fact, the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports lovers who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing. This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand-new promenade, and continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The residence is about a 30-minute drive from Verona airport and a 10-minute drive from Desenzano del Garda train station.
