A recently renovated property, DePiro Point Deluxe is located in Sliema within walking distance of popular Balluta Bay Beach, Exiles Beach and Fond Ghadir Beach. This property is accessible by lift and stairs, with fire retardant doors, a key safe with code combination and common access door at ground floor accessed via pin code. The courtyard of the condiminium has CCTV cameras for added security.
The apartment is very well located, with a well-stocked minimarket 1 minute away, and an ATM. The Sliema promenade and beaches are just 2 minutes away.
The spacious 100 sq/m apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, free 750 Mbps WiFi internet, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with inner courtyard views. A sofa bed can also sleep an additional two guests.
The apartment has a number of safety features installed to ensure guest safety throughout. None of the appliances use gas for heating or cooking. Smoking is only permitted outside on the balcony.

DePiro Point Deluxe is situated 600 metres from Balluta Beach and less than 1 km from Exiles Beach. The property is also around 1.9 km from Bay Street Shopping Complex and neighbouring St. Julians, a town with a vibrant nightlife, leisure, shopping, and hospitality centres. On foot, a two-minute walk will take you down to the Sliema promenade, its shoreline, and its exciting assortment of cafeterias, restaurants, pubs, shops and hotels.

This spacious apartment was recently refurbished to very high standards, and comes with 2 sizeable bedrooms, an additional sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and a living room with a flat-screen QLED TV and 750 Mbps WiFi connection with local cable, Netflix (complimentary) and pay-per-demand options. The kitchen is brand new and is fully equipped with electric oven, inbuilt microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and coffee machine. A balcony offers peaceful inner courtyard views, where guests can have their breakfast or unwind with a cup of coffee or a bottle of wine.
DePiro Point Deluxe can easily sleep up to 6 people and is therefore ideal for families, groups of friends, couples, and single travellers. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are offered for the length of stay. Fresh fruit, pastries, and water bottles are complimentary. A fully equipped medicine cabinet and other safety features are also present within the apartment.
We pride ourselves on having been awarded 'Comfort' licence with the Malta Tourism Authority and rank quite high on Booking.com (currently 9.6 rating) and on Airbnb. This apartment has only been listed for short/vacation rentals since February 2024.
