Please note that the piano is currently being repaired. There is a digital piano in its place, but not the upright Yamaha in the photographs. Apologies.
The wifi signal is very strong, and the connection is 250Mbps up and down (Hyperoptic).
The apartment is spacious with lots of light through the windows (and curtains for privacy).
In the evening, the apartment looks beautiful with dimmable lighting throughout.
Each room is luxuriously finished with stylish features and luxury linens/bedding.
Kitchen has all of the essentials, plus a coffee grinder, cafetiĂšre, electronic food disposal (in sink), American fridge freezer, filtered water (from fridge) and more.
Office/lounge area features an electronic stand up desk, a 55inch LG smart TV, an office chair, a printer, a shredder, sofa and an upright Yahama piano (with a silent feature). There are also board games, cards and other games here.
Library area has a super comfortable corner sofa with lots of books, great views and balcony access. Perfect for unwinding.
By sliding an elegant soundproofed glass door, pushing a button to close the remotely-operated privacy curtain and pulling a simple cord behind the sofa to extend it, the space turns into a bedroom featuring an incredibly comfortable Recor Aqua Gel double sofa bed* with luxurious bedding.
*additional nightly guest fee required for use
The master bedroom is located at the opposite end of the apartment and features a luxurious super king size Vispring bed with luxury bedding, plenty of closet and drawer space and a remotely-operated blackout curtain for a great nightâs sleep.
En-suite bathroom has a full bath, powerful shower, heated towel rails and plenty of space for your toiletries.
Hallway features a coat hanging area and bench, along with a washer/dryer.
Complimentary on-site parking for 1 car (permit provided)
No access to concierge/resident gym/resident gardens
Lovely community area with coffee shops, restaurants and shops just outside. Good lighting at night.
Situated next to Greenland Dock which is a lovely place to walk around and see boats the river Thames.
Easy access to central London via Surrey Quays (Overground - 10 min walk / 3 min bus) and Canada Water (Jubilee Line - 15 min walk / 6 min bus).
Also easy access to London Clipper boat to Canary Wharf/Greenwich at Greenland Dock (Thames Clipper)
Do not disconnect or tamper with the smart lock or the wifi. Guests in the past have done so which has resulted in them being locked out. If you have questions or issues with locks or wifi, please contact me first.
