Villa Never Say Never

High-end design pieces and bespoke furniture make the newly built Villa Never Say Never in Lurin a one-of-a-kind home in St. Barth. The luxury rental property has a sober, slightly masculine feeling, with black accents, louver doors, and travertine stone in the floors and bathrooms throughout. Its convenient location overlooks St. Jean Bay and the airport in the distance.

All of the bedrooms in Villa Never Say Never are very bright and light with many windows. They are equal in size, and each one has an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a Smart TV.
Villa Never Say Never was built over several levels. On the arrival level, there is a covered parking area, a fitness room, and an elevator that takes you to the living and sleeping areas.

On the first level above the parking, there is bedroom 4. It has a private terrace, a work desk, an ensuite bathroom, and ample storage.

The heart of the house is one more flight of stairs above that. This is the main gathering level, with the living room, kitchen, and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and is separated from the living space by a large breakfast bar.

The living area is cozy, and although it is not air-conditioned, it can be opened in the front and back to allow the island breezes to pass through. It opens onto the terrace, which has several covered and sunny sitting and dining spaces, a heated infinity pool overlooking the bay, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and a backgammon corner.

The main level also houses the air-conditioned TV room and bedroom 3, which opens directly onto the terrace and pool area.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are up one more flight of stairs, on the top level of the villa. They are located on opposite sides of the staircase, and bedroom 1 has a large mirror, ample storage space, a work desk, and an outdoor bathtub.
