This spacious apartment is situated in the residential urbanization of Acosta Los Flamingos in the prestigious area of Villa Padierna, Benahavis.
The complex offers secure underground parking and a beautiful pool area with communal sunbeds and incredible views over the golf valley to the sea, Gibraltar and the mountains.
The apartment is arranged over one floor with a lift to the parking and pool area.
The apartment offers a fresh, fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished with a dining table and chairs and a sofa, carefully positioned to enjoy the view at all times. There is also a smart TV.
