Perfect for your stay in Central London! This is a newly renovated and furnished one-super king bedroom, one bathroom apartment of around 900 sq ft (84 sq m) in one of Kensington and Chelsea’s most beautiful and bustling areas. Once inside, this home is a perfect place for digital nomads, couples and small families. This home features a cozy living room with bursts of color, an opulent well- equipped kitchen and spacious rooms filled with movie-themed artwork. Living room has a Scandinavian minimal movie theater vibe. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedroom is perfect for a great night’ sleep. The dining room table has a desk for studying or working from home. The patio area is furnished with BBQ and stylish, hanging chair, eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time (seating for up to 8).

For the laundry fanatics, there is a washer-dryer plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use.

Last but not the least, there is a humongous garden straight from the living and dining area to a beautiful fully furnished garden space for fresh air. Perfect for spring and summer, but even in the winter time, London does get quite a few sunny dry days and the space is a perfect south-facing sun trap to enjoy the winter sunshine.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM: The bed will be made up with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can unpack and start feeling at home right away. The apartment would comfortably accommodate 4 people (two people sharing the bedroom) and the living room is large and has a sleeper sofa bed, an additional 2 guests could sleep there. Taking it up to 4 guests. We do have a Z-mattress as well. There are many configurations of our property to make your stay comfortable, just let us know what works best for you.

Samsung 75’ smart TV is located in the living room.

- Freshen up in the lovely bathroom. You have the luxury of enjoying a soak in the large tub or waking up in the mornings with a fantastic shower. The simple yet luxurious bathroom has nature-inspired elements with a rainfall-style shower head and bathtub, and has an initial load of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN/DINING: If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There is also a fantastic dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together. Kitchenware, tableware and cooking essentials, such as tea, flour, coffee, salt, sugar and oils are provided. Kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and a blender are at your disposal as well.

The dining can seat 4-5 guests, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.


ROOM AMENITIES: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, toys and stair gates are provided upon availability.

You will have private access to the entire property. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm.

The garden is private, fully fenced and secure. It’s accessed via the kitchen and master bedroom. We live nearby if you should need us, but otherwise you will be left to feel at home.

There is no daytime parking outside the property. You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday - Friday until 8:30am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day. Remember, parking restrictions start from Monday 8am again.

Interactions with guests are as little or as much as guest desires. Guest privacy is important to us.

- As much as we all like to shake a leg, absolutely no parties are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. There is CCTV outside the property. A noise detector is installed inside the property to prevent nuisance. Tampering with security systems or anti-nuisance controls is not allowed. If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and all of your deposit will be charged.
- Quiet hours 10pm - 8am.
- NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor.


- If you wish to book for more than 4 guests, this would need to be arranged with us prior - please send us a request.


Please no shoes in the apartment. Take them off after entering.


Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place.
Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbors.

We would really appreciate it if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.

Pets may be considered (below 25 pounds) - Please let us know prior to your reservation if you will be bringing in pets. Pet fee is £50
NO parties or events allowed, NO smoking and NO use of Illegal substances (drugs, eg.)
NO loud noise or music from 11:00 pm to avoid complaints with the neighbors.
