Located in Manerba del Garda, inside the prestigious Residence "Montecolo Resort" with large park with swimming pools and equipment suitable for families and children, a three-room apartment with balcony for a family or group vacation for up to 4 people.



The apartment opens onto a bright living area equipped with sofa, smart TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the living room there is access through French doors to the balcony equipped with a table, outdoor chairs and comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy views of the surrounding greenery and the lake. The apartment continues with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet and balcony overlooking the residence's garden and pool. The second bedroom has a pull-out bunk bed and a closet. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.



Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, heating, air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi.

*The Residence's swimming pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and can be used from June 15 to September 15. The pool area is divided into 3 areas: adult area (25x18m), children's area, and jacuzzi area; completing the facility, within the large 40,000-meter park, a children's playground, soccer field, beach tennis, bar, game room, and meeting room.



The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where much of Lake Garda and some of its islands can be seen.



The apartment is easily accessible from Manerba del Garda train station, which is just over 1 km away, and also from nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only a 45-minute drive away.
