To sum up our entire experience there: Stay ELSEWHERE First of all we are EXPERIENCED travelers, with easy expectations. We got 17 emails from the host in a span of 12-hours (Yes 17) they SHOULD understand that you are TRAVELING - trains, subways, boats, etc... You can't always GET your emails, especially if you are from out of the country,, (which is WHY we are at a hotel ) Aside from the DANGEROUS area the hotel is in - it was even more dangerous JUST TO GET THE KEY... One of the 17-emails gave you a solid page of type on how to get the key - like a James Bond movie... ***IF WE WERE TOLD THIS WAS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR - WITH NO ELEVATOR - WE WOULD HAVE NEVER BOOKED THIS PLACE... Aside from requesting WAY TOO MUCH personal info and SELFIES THROUGH THEIR SITE, COPIES OF PASSPORTS, ETC, it was just SUCH a hassle in every way... The pictures were correct - and it was a newer remodel IN A OLD AND DANGEROUS BUILDING. & both lights (on the FOURTH FLOOR) did not work to access the room. There were MULTIPLE THREATS OF FINES for several things - LIKE SORTING THE TRASH!! I've NEVER stayed anywhere in the world where I felt like I had to TAKE MY TRASH OUT OF THE BUILDING to not be FINED... Speaking of MONEY we were also OVERCHARGED from what Expedia listed - will take that up with them... We booked 3-people & got a double bed - OK, and a TERRIBLE FOLDING (almost a military cot) of a "Bed" for the third person - with a HUGE GAP in the middle of it.. STAY ELSEWHERE!!!
