Ne cherchez pas plus loin, cette maison unique loin de la maison dans situé au coeur de Pacific Beach. À quelques minutes de la plage, de la baie, des boutiques, des restaurants et des épiceries. Accès facile aux principales attractions de San Diego.

Ce spacieux 2 chambres 2 salles de bain + LOFT est à quelques minutes de la plage et de la baie. 1 pâté de maisons de Garnet Avenue (la bande principale de Pacific Beach). Beaucoup de grands restaurants / bars accessibles à pied. La cuisine récemment rénovée est équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière et four, micro-ondes, cafetière + tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour cuisiner un repas à la maison. Barbecue à gaz privé sur balcon / terrasse. Les lits (extra long King, Queen et x2 jumeaux) sont flambant neuf, confortable et propre. Il y a un parking pour 1 grande voiture et laverie sur place! Central à tout San Diego a à offrir.

Je vis dans une maison en face des unités. Vous avez la possibilité d'avoir autant, ou aussi peu de contact. Je suis ici pour donner des recommandations et pour rendre vos vacances aussi relaxantes et agréables que possible.

Aperçu du quartier:
Pacific Beach est un vrai bijou. Au sud se trouve Mission Beach et Ocean Beach; au nord se trouve La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, et la magnifique côte du comté du Nord (Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside). Vous pouvez faire du vélo et marcher partout dans cette ville de plage incroyable. Les montagnes russes et les arcades de Belmont Parks à South Mission Beach sont parfaites pour les enfants après une belle journée sur la plage. Attraper le coucher de soleil à Law Street, PB Boardwalk, ou Kate Sessions, est un must! Environ 20 $ UBER / LYFT au centre-ville / Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park et La Jolla! Le parc d'État Torrey Pines et le parcours de golf sont à 15 minutes. Sea World (juste à vélo), Legoland, le zoo et le parc Safari sont là pour votre divertissement! N'oubliez pas Balboa Park et tous nos charmants musées.

Was an amazing spot to stay with our young toddler and great location with almost everything you need within walking distance or a 10 minute drive. Great communication from the host as well!

Our host Laura was wonderful about answering my questions. The apartment suited us to a T and the location was great. We were close to everything we wanted to do and see. Compliments to Laura and her staff for cleanliness and the grandkids loved the game room loft!

Beautiful, beach close and easy communication

The unit was exactly as described and worked perfect for our stay in the La Jolla area. The communication with the owners could not have been easier, we will definitely book again!

Great location - close to everything

We enjoyed staying at Laura’s property. It was a great location to see everything San Diego has to offer. Minutes away from Pacific beach, Mission beach, Ocean beach. Drove to Torrey Pines nature area to hike and enjoy a spectacular sunset. We saw so much on this trip!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time staying 5 days for Xmas. The location is very convenient and the unit was stocked with all necessity items. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean. Definitely would stay here again for future trips. Thanks.

Convenient location

We were very pleased with the property. It is within 2 miles of the Pacific Beach. Too far to walk with kids and beach supplies but found parking each day that got us closer. The property is perfect for a family of 4-6. Two full baths are a plus as well as one covered parking space. Kitchen is well equipped. Property manager is very responsive to questions.

Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable beach getaway!

The condo had everything we needed! Also, unlike the last few vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, it didn’t feel like cheap shortcuts were made. We felt safe, the kitchen had plenty of supplies, and it was just over one mile to the beach. My kids loved the loft, and there was plenty of room to move about (much different than our previous hotel stays). We would definitely stay here again!

Property is as described and fit our family well. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Grocery store is just down the street, along with multiple restaurant options nearby. The host Laura was very responsive and easy to work with when we hit a small issue. Definitely recommend.

The property is comfortable and easy to stay in. The property manager went over and above to make sure our stay was to a high standard. She communicated promptly, was attentive and made sure we had every thing we needed. She made us feel that we were a priority. Great job.

First VRBO experience

My husband and I along with our 3 kids ranging from ages 1-8 years old stayed comfortably at Laura's property. Sleeping, cooking and bathing accomodations were awesome! Laura has really anticipated the needs of her renters and it made our vacation that much better. The game room was a hit as well as the board games, making our downtime at the home fun as well. She provides beach towels and many fun things to take to the beach so you don't have to lug them along with you on your trip. We'll be looking to stay at one of Laura's properties again!

Cozy place

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed. A few basic spices were available, too. The bathrooms are a little dated, but everything works. We couldn't find the washer or dryer though, which would have been annoying if we didn't have family 5 min away. Perhaps we didn't look hard enough? The neighborhood is quiet with respectful families, and super convenient to the main drag of PB which has restaurants, groceries, and bars. Check-in and check-out instructions were simple and well-explained.

Spring Break March 2024

The unit was exactly as noted in the description! Perfect! The unit acommodated 2 adults, a teen and 2 older kids nicely! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect for our needs! Having the 2 bathrooms was very nice and the Loft!! The kids loved the loft! Laura was an awesome host! Checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was central to everything! We went to Lego land, SeaWorld, Petco park, gaslamp district, the zoo, Midway, La Jolla, all the main beaches and Coronado and of course the airport! ! All within a short easy drive. Highly recommend this unit to anyone vacationing in San Diego! Thanks Laura!

Cozy Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed staying at this cozy property. Our host, Laura was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The property is a little hard to find as we arrived in the evening. However, Laura, was attentive and guided us through every step. The neighborhood is quiet and you have access to many restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store all within walking distance. My kids LOVED and enjoyed the loft upstairs. The beds were comfortable, clean and the decor is perfect. We spent a week here in June and didn’t want to leave. You’re close to downtown, great parks and beaches. We visited old town San Diego, pacific beach, La Jolla and downtown and it was all within 15 minutes or less. We also spent a couple of days in legoland and that was only about a 25 minute drive. Bathroom cabinet in master bath needs to be replaced but nothing to deter you from not staying here. Just a small and quick fix. Great find, we can’t wait to be back!
