Emerald development, a true gem consisting of four floors with six bright and spacious apartments. These exquisite apartments benefit from modern interiors, excellent quality materials and large terraces with beautiful views. This extraordinary building is located just a few minutes from the coastal area of Paphos.
As you enter apartment you will find yourself in a modernly living area furnished with sofa, coffee table, flat screen smart TV which is connected with kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all you need for a self-catering holiday. Glass sliding doors lead you to terrace where you can enjoy mesmerizing views.
Double bedroom has its own toilet and walk in shower, other room furnished with two single beds, both has spacious closet. In the corridor located a bathroom.
Air conditioning and internet signal throughout the apartment.
Outside are of the property offers private covered parking, swimming pool area with sunbeds, outdoor shower and WC and well-maintained garden.
The building is located in a residential area and only a short walk from the picturesque harbor , the beach, the ancient fort and busy restaurant district. Also it is conveniently close to the Old Town of Paphos, where you will find, among many other necessities, shops, supermarkets, museums, the library, post office and police station. The Kingâs Avenue Mall (Cyprusâ biggest shopping mall) is situated only a ten minutes walk away.
-In High season there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
-No parties are allowed in the property and no loud music and nĐŸ loud activities outside after 11pm.
-No confetti and no hanging decoration should be placed on the walls.
-The property is in a residential area and should be treated as a home
-All bedding and towels are included
-Electricity is included.
-No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
-All garbage should be removed from the property and placed in the outside bins provided.
-Pleased remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in box.

From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take a left at the first round about down a new dual carriageway. You will then reach a roundabout and you will take a right. You continue straight, through the traffic lights. On the third traffic light before the EKO petrol station you need to turn right. The building on the right side. Drive straight to turn around and enter the parking.
Emerald is a modern apartment - development, ideally located in a central tourist location of Paphos City.
