You would require to provide ID đ for every person over 18+ staying in our apartment if the host requests it. It does require payment of a security deposit đ· before check-in, which will be refundable by the end of your stay within 30 working days. The security deposit amount is ÂŁ1000 British Pound (GBP).
We will provide you with details for the security deposit. Please note that if we receive less than ÂŁ1000 British Pound (GBP) due to foreign exchange rates đ± or transfer fees, we will return the deposit based on the amount we have received and will not cover costs for any foreign exchange rates or transfer fees. â ïž.
Please donât smoke in our apartment or use drugs đ« in the apartment or communal areas. Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in eviction and legal action âïžItâs not allowed by UK law âïž, and it affects our neighbors đ· If we discover smoking in the apartment, there will be a fine of ÂŁ1000 đž.
