July 2024 Guest - "The best place we have ever stayed in as a family, we well definitely be booking it for our whole stay next time we are. It felt like a loved house and had more than everything you need for a very comfortable stay"
We spent a lovely week here - 5 of us in 4 rooms, along with 2 dogs.
The house is quite hi-tech with automatic night lights and fancy dimmers and is equipped with everything you could wish for.
The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture and the massive telly is amazing. We were also fortunate to have some warm weather and enjoyed sitting out in the pretty garden with the koi.
We chose the house due to itâs accessibility as my elderly mother was with us, and the downstairs bedroom, stairlift and walk-in shower were a real boon. My Mum found the downstairs room to be a little claustrophobic and poorly lit though.
In terms of location, the area is very quiet with nearby verges and a grassy common for the dogs - however itâs a good 30 minutes walk to the harbour/beach.
We would definitely come again.
