Relax at this peaceful first floor bedroom flat in Totland Road. A quiet street full of period properties close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The secluded patio area creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation or outdoor gatherings. Conveniently located near the racecourse. It is also within walking distance to both Brighton hospitals, the South Downs, Queens Park and Stanmer Park and the skate park. Or you can stroll down Elm Grove to The Level and on to Brighton's famous Lanes
The space
The space is recently decorated, comfortable and welcoming, with everything you need to enjoy a get together!
Stairs up to the apartment - lead you straight up to the landing.
The open-plan living room and dining area - has large windows, a three seater sofa and a couple of chairs for guests to enjoy cosy nights in. There is a 55" Smart TV.
The kitchen - is fully equipped for home dining with Microwave, Oven, Nutri-bullet and all the Utilities, Pots, Pans and Baking Trays.
The patio area is located at the back of the house - the kitchen back door leads out to steps that take you down. It is a lovely secluded space with a table and seating.
The main bedroom - has a King bed, and hanging space for guest storage
The second bedroom - is bunk beds, with two single beds and hanging space for guest storage on a clothes rail.
The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, basin and towel rail
Working from home:
If guests need to work whilst here, there is plenty of space on the dining room table but there isn't a designated work space.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are shops only a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is a family home which has been recently decorated.

Guest access is to the whole apartment.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
