Alternative times must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.

At check-in, you must present a valid ID for all guests and pay the tourist tax (€2.50/person/night) and the refundable deposit (€500.00), which will be returned on the last day. The signing of a regular short-term rental contract is required.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests must bring their own towels for use at the lake.

Guests are requested to dispose of their rubbish in the designated area outside the property.

It is not permitted to accommodate more people in the accommodation than stated at the time of booking. Should such an event occur, a report will be made to the portal with a request for all guests to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the deposit.

The final price is the sum of the rent charged on behalf of the owner and the inclusive services offered by the agency. Additional services requested after booking will be charged separately before or at check-in.
