The whole family or group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home on a quiet residential street with an abundance of space to provide a means to accommodate to everyone. Offering a light and welcoming open-plan lounge/dining area which features white marble flooring that includes underfloor heating throughout, ideal for relaxing a sit down dinner, gatherings or group activities. Entertainment and relaxation are provided for in the living area. The newly installed kitchen features all the essential appliances needed as well as a large breakfast bar and seating area, integrated fridge/freezer and lots of space for storing your food. Both the kitchen and the dining area provide convenient access to the partially decked and paved rear garden where you will find an outdoor seating area, refuse bin and access to the annex, the home of the games room.The games room features a t.v, dart board, pool table, table tennis, work desk, loaded bookshelves, mini fridge, sink basin, counter top area and on-suit bathroom. The first floor features 1 bathroom, finished with warm brown marble tiles, waterfall shower and deep bath; 2 large double rooms both with space for hanging clothes and a single room with a vanity and storage unit.
