Maison spacieuse sur 2. 4 acres d'une section privée de Lookout Mountain avec vue depuis chaque pièce au-dessus de 7 000 pieds d'altitude. Les propriétaires vivent à l'étage et l'unité de niveau inférieur est autonome. Stationnement pour 2-3 voitures avec trottoir vers entrée privée.
Appartement de 2400 pieds carrés comprenant une buanderie complète, une cuisine / bar ouverte complète, 2 ponts et une excellente couverture cellulaire.
L'immense salle de jeux comprend une télévision connectée de 55 pouces, une table de billard pleine grandeur, une table de jeu de palets, une table de baby-foot et de l'espace à revendre.
La chambre principale a un lit queen size, un immense dressing, un bureau et des espaces de travail, une télévision connectée et une salle de bain complète.
La deuxième chambre a 2 lits doubles, un dressing, un bureau et un coin lecture.
L'eau de puits est excellente à boire.
Apex Park VTT et sentier pédestre à quelques pas de votre porte. Les concerts de Red Rocks, la ville de Golden et la ville d'Evergreen sont à seulement 10 minutes.
L'aéroport international de Denver est à 40 minutes en voiture.
Les domaines skiables de Loveland, Winter Park et Arapaho Basin sont tous à moins d'une heure de route. Le cuivre et la clé de voûte sont un peu plus loin, mais réalisables.
Observations fréquentes de la faune de cerfs, colibris (en été), wapitis, dindes et faucons, avec parfois du coyote ou de l'ours noir.
Nous accordons plus de 24 heures entre les réservations pour nettoyer et réapprovisionner entièrement l'unité afin qu'elle soit parfaite à votre arrivée.

PERFECT! Just as described!!

The views are amazing but the wildlife and the trails close by are fantastic. The place is equipped with everything you need, we had a lot of fun trying to play shuffleboard. Can't wait to visit again.

Came to Colorado for spring break. The hosts were absolutely amazing. Very friendly! The house was PERFECT!!! Location was PERFECT!! We enjoyed ourselves immensely

18th birthday get away

I brought my son and his friend to Denver to see a concert. Neither of the boys are big city people so we opted for a house in the mountains. We were all blown away when we got to the top of the mountain and saw the view of the city below. Breathtaking. The house was beautiful and all of the first morning essentials were in the fridge for us when we got there. We will be back !

Wonderful Christmas Break

We arrived on Christmas evening amidst an unanticipated snow flurry, after dark. With the flurries, darkness and unfamiliarity with the neighborhood we somehow ended up in a neighbors property, off the road and unable to get out! A phone call to Geri and Tim resulted in them jumping into their vehicle to come retrieve us and our luggage, knowing we could get the car in the morning. They went above and beyond and we were so very grateful.The rest of our stay was quite uneventful, which was very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their home, which had everything we needed. There were supplies for breakfast in the fridge which was so appreciated. The view is incredible and I would highly recommend staying in their home. A king size bed in the master bedroom would be an excellent addition for those used to king size and there is plenty of room. We would stay there again!!

Starry Night

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and style. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with a prime location that gave us easy access to the breathtaking Rocky Mountains and the vibrant energy of Denver. The view from the house was amazing and the view sparked with the lights of Denver. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—it’s a gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Everything advertised and more!

The accommodations are exactly as advertised. Owners Geri and Tom are truly nice, caring people. Our arrival coincided with a somewhat stubborn snow storm that made driving challenging. Geri reached out a day or two early to warn us. I have experience in east coast snow, and we had rented an AWD vehicle, at Geri’s insistence. So no problem there. We arrived to find them salting and shoveling, and they were very relieved that we arrived Unscathed. The concern was sincere, not about the rental but rather about us. We were touched and it is heartwarming to find that care and concern in today’s atmosphere. Can I leave six stars?

great location

we enjoyed this apartment, and the location. views are great as advertised. there are also hiking trails right near the house. the hosts we welcoming, and helpful with information. it snowed while we were there and the hosts had the driveway and walkways cleared promptly.

Serenity, Peace and Views

What a jewel in the hills above Golden, CO!! The pics on line don't do this place justice. We arrived around 1:30 am and the directions from the owner were perfect and easy to navigate. The next morning we awoke to find a refrigerator pretty much ready to 'serve' anything we needed to get our day going... not your ordinary VRBO hosts. With a schedule crushed for a bit of time, we found this to be a life saver. The home was absolutely lovely and peaceful and quiet. Wonderful spaces to play pool, shuffleboard and more. or just sit, relax and enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee. The views over the city are in a league of their own and this place will bring us back to the Denver area, just because. So central to the mountains, the city and just about wherever you want to roam, the hostess was fabulous to work with, easy to communicate with and gracious in her generosity. Great place for couples, a family or a group of friends to come and chill. it doesn't deserve 5 stars, it deserves 8!!!

Million Dollar View

Property is so well maintained and clean. We totally enjoyed our stay. We had elk outside our doorway one evening and the nearby hiking trails are so easy to get to. The owners do live upstairs and you can hear the foot steps when they are active. However; they are very welcoming and accommodating to any requests.

Visiting Red Rock with Family

Our stay in Golden was spectacular! We enjoyed everything from the amazing views, Elk herds, 7 mike hiking adventure to the evening games, movies and outdoor shower under the stars. Red Rock was amazing and truly an unforgettable experience. The owners were gracious proving a well stocked kitchen and everthing we needed for our stay. We will definitely visit this area again. The extra touches, views and location were perfect! We day tripped to Breckenridge, Guanella Pass, Peak to Peak Hwy and Garden of the Gods. Squeezed in sunrise and a concert at Red Rocks.

Beautiful place!

This property was perfect for me and my two teenage sons. The game tables kept them happy. We were very lucky to see Elk right outside our door! This was a great location to get to all the destinations we wanted to get to. An hour and half to RMNP. 15 minutes from Red Rocks and 50 minutes from Denver Airport. We were able to jam pack our weekend with plenty to do! Will definitely stay again!

Million Dollar View was not oversold!

One of the best views you can ask for but also a great location, especially for its proximity to Red Rocks as well as great food options in the area. Very clean and well maintained home and the hosts Tom and Geri are super nice people. 10/10 stay and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous find

Special vacation with our adult kids to Denver/Red Rock/Golden. The apartment is spacious, clean and fully stocked. The views are spectacular especially at sunrise. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. We went to breweries, great restaurants, tubing on the clear river, haunted pub crawl and attended a concert at Red Rocks.

Sleeping in the Clouds

We came for a concert and decided to make a mini vaca out of it. Views are outrageous. Fantastic location. Fun place to stay between hikes, sightseeing, and grabbing a show. Perfect Hosts.

A beautiful home and gorgeous view

Our family of four fit perfectly. My boys loved the pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard tables. It gave them something to do in between activities. Hosts are very personable. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of things. Being able to see over Denver on the 4th of July was amazing. Fireworks were everywhere. One of the coolest views I’ve ever seen. Hiking trails were right down the road. And Denver was only about 15-20 mi s away.

They thought of everything

Loved our stay here! Geri was quick with information about the area and home. It was well stocked with staples (she messaged to check the fridge before we went to the store). The place is really lovely complete with hummingbirds to watch while drinking the morning coffee. If you are going to see a show at red rocks it is very convenient! Stay here - you will not be disappointed!
